What to bring with you

· the date of your last period and roughly how long your cycle is
· a list of medicines and supplements you take
· results of any earlier tests, if you have them
· photo identification

For a routine check-up it is best to come outside the days of bleeding. If something is wrong, come whatever day of the cycle it is.
