Two gynaecologists, a psychologist and a dietitian. Consultations in gynaecology and obstetrics are available in English; psychology and dietetics are conducted in Polish.
Antoni Sierant
I work in public and private hospitals in Warsaw, including St Elizabeth Hospital and Nowodworskie Medical Centre. I also teach endoscopic gynaecological surgery and obstetric emergencies at the CMKP Simulation Centre, training doctors from across Poland.
In daily practice I carry out a broad range of operations, several hundred a year, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques where they are appropriate. I care for women in pregnancy and for those needing surgery for gynaecological cancer, ovarian cysts, fibroids, cervical insufficiency or prolapse. I treat stress urinary incontinence, including sling procedures, and use conservative methods where surgery is not possible or not wanted. I also run fertility investigation and treatment. My ultrasound practice follows the standards of the Polish Society of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians, the Fetal Medicine Foundation, IOTA and ESHRE.
Anna Pękalak-Czernek
In outpatient practice I focus on antenatal care, contraceptive advice, and the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological problems.
I graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2010 and completed my specialist training at the 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, CMKP, at Bielanski Hospital, working on the wards and in the high-risk pregnancy clinic there. I have lectured on specialist courses for doctors and at the antenatal school. Every year I attend congresses and training in obstetrics, gynaecology and ultrasound.
Marek Morzuch
I am a psychologist with many years of experience. In therapy I draw on cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
I offer support in anxiety disorders, mood disorders and perinatal depression, and help with resolving conflicts and coping with difficult life situations. I am a member of the Polish Psychological Association.
Magdalena Gawlik
I hold a postgraduate degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, with further training in nutritional counselling.
I specialise in the prevention and dietary treatment of autoimmune and lifestyle-related conditions, and of eating disorders. I am the author of publications on nutrition in stoma care and of numerous popular science articles on dietetics and pharmacy. Member of the Polish Society of Dietetics.
